HTC Touch HD – Is it really the iPhone Killer?
When looking at the world of Windows mobile phones, the number one leader by far is the HTC mobile phone. Everyone does anyone knows how brilliant the HTC is, and all over the world it is also becoming a household name. In the company knows that the HTC phone is their leader, especially considering what consumers have had a chance to say about it now that they’ve tried it.
When the HTC touch HD was first released, and its videos and sites were updated, a tiny group of people managed to get a hold of it. While some unimpressed, many others knew that they needed to definitely learn more about this product.
Coming in at a little over a gram weightier than its competitor the Xperia X1, the HTC touch as a camera sporting 5 megapixels, which is significantly better than the 3.15 that the Xperia X1 boasts. While some don’t care about megapixels, many like a higher level of detail and sharper image that you can get from a higher megapixel camera. In comparison to other HTC phones, the Touch HD is about the same in size, but it separates itself by offering a flash WVGA 3.8 inch screen — could it get any better? On the top left of the phone is a logo, and across from it on the right you’ll find the earpiece grill. Near the grill is the camera called on. And on the front you will find the call end, callback, home, and call buttons. These buttons are all flush the screen.
If you are looking for a few ups and downs when it comes to the HTC Touch HD, here they are:
Ups:
2592×1944 and 5 megapixel camera, and CIF video call camera at 30 fps.
Screen resolution: 400×800
Processor Speed – 528 MHz
5 Mega pixels Camera – 2592×1944 mega pixels and a video call CIF camera running at 30fps.
Downs:
Deleting multiple messages is not included. The mail features drag and delete
Dimension (this refers to the height of the Touch HD)
Slot location of MicroSD card
You have to unlock the device before you can turn off the alarm, even if you’re using the snooze button.
Yeah… nothing is perfect, but the Touch HD stands out from the rest because it radiates style and as a result is on top of the wish lists of many consumers.
When you first look at the Touch HD, your first reaction will probably be “It’s so big!” — we’re talking about the phone here — but after an hour of playing with it, you’ll be amazed how comfortable it is to hold. Its battery life is also nothing to sneeze at, especially when you compare it to the Touch Diamond — the Touch HD battery holds up for about 12 hours with WiFi constantly on.
In the end, many would agree that this is a stunning and beautiful device. It will definitely make you smile, and you will be so happy with it that you wouldn’t want to put it down, even for a second.
Hopefully this HTC Touch HD review will help you decide on your next phone. Know one thing: you will definitely not be disappointed settling down with it. I wasn’t.
